I just can't stop.

loves

Totally should be wrapping gifts, or cleaning house, or making lists, or doing basically any type of readying for Christmas you can think of. Instead, I'm taking pictures of yarn. I just can't stop.

  5. i know what I will be doing boxing day - I just love the grey/blue wool. Hope you and Chris have a wonderful Christmas dinner. I used to put on these dinners for 20 (stressful before but so much fun the day of) - now as I get older I get smarter and go to someone else's house a la pot luck. Enjoy the day and Merry Christmas - Joni

  6. you should clean your house AFTER company leaves. While waste knitting time by doing it twice????

I'm going to try AGAIN on Boxing day

  7. I just wanted to thank-you for your awesome blog. I'm a crochet of 16 years (I'm 26) and I've often attempted to learn to knit but have never been successful. Seeing your blog and the pretty baby stuff and ornaments (that was the project that finally convinced me to seriously try) gave me the inspiration I needed to really attempted it. Just the other day I finally cast on, bound off and did both the knit and purl stitch. I love seeing all the pretty projects and now I can't wait to complete my first knitted scarfs (probably finished with a crochet edging and flowers of some sort). Thank you for sharing with all of us.

  8. I finally made off with three of the thrummed mitts kits this morning from your Etsy site - third time's the charm! I couldn't resist one of the OOAK skeins, too. Thanks for putting together such an awesome posting - a great excuse for some post-Christmas buying!
